Pricing questions
Do I need an app to verify these seals?
Verification uses a compliant reader — the Otentik Codes Reader, or your own app built on the BioSeal SDK. Once the trust lists are cached, verification runs offline.
Is there a limit on how many times a seal is scanned?
No. Because verification is offline and needs no server lookup, a seal can be verified any number of times. Plans are sized by how many seals you create, not how often they are read.
Can I use my own signing keys?
Yes. Business plans use managed keys; Enterprise supports dedicated or on-premise PKI, including HSM-backed key protection.
